Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms form a contract between TeamTreat Ltd and the company or bakery account holder using our service. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. The service

TeamTreat schedules and routes employee-birthday cake orders to a network of independent bakeries. Bakeries are independent contractors, not employees of TeamTreat.

3. Pricing & payment

Companies pay per cake delivered. Invoices are issued monthly and payable within 14 days. Late payment may result in suspension of deliveries.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until the bakery has begun production (typically 48 hours before delivery). Cancellations after that point are payable in full.

5. Acceptable use

You must not upload personal data without a lawful basis, attempt to breach platform security, or use TeamTreat to process orders unrelated to genuine employee birthdays.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate on 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for breach of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
